How to Order:

Garden Centre Orders
Retailers may choose the Airplant settings they require from the different ranges found under Air Plant Settings, Eg. Urban, Natural, Beach.  When choosing Air Plants for retail sale you just need to select the Air Plants in Net bags, medium and large size.  Order the quantity you require.  These come named, priced and barcoded.  Choose 'Pay By Bank Transfer' to check out out if you have a credit account with us and we will invoice as usual

The individual 'loose' air plants do not come priced or labelled

Delivery
There is no minimum order, just the £20 flat delivery charge.  Minimum order value for carriage paid is £200 to mainland UK. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery during the Christmas Period. We deliver by courier on a next day service. For prices outside UK mainland please call or email us for information.

Cacti & Succulents
These are delivered via pallet line.  They must be ordered as part of an order (which may include Air Plants) which totals £350 plus VAT.  The system will allow you to place the order but we will call to either take payment for delivery or to add to the order.

If you are not delighted with our service, please understand that we will do all we can to rectify the situation as promptly as possible.

Product
Each setting is handmade and, due to the nature of the product, is unique. The photos in this brochure offer a true reflection of what you will receive with the same number and size of plants although there will be slight variation between settings.

Each order comes with branded care cards for your customers and care information for you and your team. Each order will receive some point of sale including posters, bench wrap to promote our products.

Each setting comes pre-prices and barcoded and to help you upload this information on to your system, is available as an excel or C.S.V file.
